Carolina Lasso

Carolina Lasso serves as the Chief Authority Officer at Metrocare Services, overseeing the Local Intellectual and Developmental Disability Authority (LIDDA) and coordinating publicly funded IDD programs across North Texas. With over 14 years of experience in the field, she previously worked as an IDD Waiver Program Manager at Metrocare, focusing on expanding services and advocacy for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Carolina holds a bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration and is deeply committed to policy development and community inclusion for the IDD community. Beyond her professional work, she enjoys cheering on her daughter at Sam Houston State University, serving as a travel ambassador for Let Sparks Fly, and spending time with family, working out, exploring new restaurants, and reading.
